Pre-purchase building review:
For those wanting to get a better idea of what the possibilities are, or potential hurdles might be, before pulling the trigger on a property acquisition. There are often issues pertaining to the physical condition of the structure, regulations dealing with historic significance of a building and the basic suitability of the property for it’s intended use.
Value Engineering:
We are able to put our 30 + years of experience to work by assisting the owner and architect during the design process. Reviewing construction techniques and individual material choices while working as a team to ensure that the final design is in line with the client’s budget and design preferences.
Commercial Construction:
We also have a strong base of work in light commercial construction such as Dental and Doctor’s offices, treatment facilities, bars and restaurants, guest houses, national chain store build-outs and more.
